As a Federally Qualified Health Center, our scope ranges from beginning of life care to end of life care. Hoxie Medical Clinic and Sheridan County Health Complex utilize a team-based concept for patient care. Our team is comprised of a faculty physician and several physician assistants, as well as several nurses and support staff.

Hoxie Medical Clinic received a 330 grant from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) in May of 2015 and became the only Federally Qualified Health Center in northwest Kansas. As an FQHC, we provide services to all patients regardless of insurance, financial status, or ability to pay. We offer a sliding scale fee discount for those who have a financial need based solely on family size and income. Hoxie Medical Clinic serves 13 counties in northwest Kansas. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurance plans.
Hoxie Medical Clinic is a FTCA deemed facility. Hoxie Medical Clinic receives HHS funding and Federal PHS deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
