In 2012, thanks to the community tax credit grand and the generous donation from many community members, the dietary department went through a major remodel. We now have new up to date equipment and a better work flow. We are now doing choice menus and have many always available items. This allows our residents and patients to have choices like they would get in a restaurant, such as chicken strips, steak fingers, french fries, onion rings, chef salad, sandwiches, and soups. We are able to honor choices while meeting the nutritional needs of those we are caring for.

The kitchen prepares and delivers meals to senior citizens in the community who want this service. We deliver the noon and evening meal seven days a week, you tell us which meal(s) you want and we deliver.
