Physical Therapy
The Physical Therapy department hours of operation are 7:30am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday. The hours are flexible to accommodate our patients schedules. The department is staffed with a consulting Physical Therapist and two Physical Therapist Assistants.

As of February 1, 2019, the Physical Therapy Department is now practicing direct access. This will give patients that doctor with our in house providers the ability to schedule a physical therapy evaluation without seeing the provider first.
